Together, we explore ideas, answer questions, and identify opportunities that help you move forward with confidence. Consultations may take place in your home or virtually.

SIGNATURE INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICE
Whether you are building a new home, renovating your house or condominium, our full-scale design services will support you from early planning through completion. Our signature service places a designer alongside you throughout the entire process, beginning with architectural plans and ending with a home that is fully installed and ready to ive in. We guide decisions with clarity and intention, removing uncertainty and creating a process that feels organized, thoughtful, and well paced.

INITIAL CONTACT
We begin by sitting down together to discuss your project and how you want your home to look and feel. We talk through what inspires you, how you live day to day, and what matters most to you in your space. These conversations shape every decision that follows and ensures the design supports both your lifestyle and your aesthetic. We also discuss your investment range, which allows us to thoughtfully prioritize goals and establish clear direction. This meeting is about alignment and understanding how we can shape your home with intention and purpose.

CONTRACT
Once the preliminary scope and budget are defined, we prepare a Letter of Agreement outlining details of your project. After the agreement is signed and the retainer is received, we formally begin the design process and move into the programming and schematic phase.

PROGRAMMING AND SCHEMATIC DESIGN
This phase is where ideas begin to take shape. We review architectural and construction documents, survey existing conditions, and develop a furnishings budget. Through careful planning, sketching, and problem solving, we explore solutions and refine the approach that best supports your home and lifestyle. The goal is to establish a clear design direction moving forward.

PRESENTATION
Once the design concept is established, we present the plan through detailed drawings, floor plans, curated color palettes, and selected finishes. This presentation allows you to fully visualize your home early in the process. For larger projects, presentations may be phased. This stage includes thoughtful refinement to ensure every element feels resolved and aligned.

IMPLEMENTATION
Following the design presentation, we prepare detailed proposals for each space outlining specific selections and pricing. Once these items are reviewed and approved, we initiate ordering and begin coordinating all aspects of execution. Our team works closely with contractors and vendors to esure the design is carried through on time and seamlessly. We manage details, address questions, and guide decisions as they arise, allowing you to remain focused on enjoying life.

TURNKEY INSTALLATION
Following the completion of construction, we oversee the full installation of furnishings, fixtures, artwork, and accessories. Every piece is placed with care to bring the design together as a cohesive whole. Once complete, we schedule photography to document the finished home for our portfolio.
